Gym & Group Exercise Classes at the LeisurePlex & Lough Moss Leisure Centre

VISITOR ADVICE - GYM & GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES AT LAGAN VALLEY LEISUREPLEX & LOUGH MOSS LEISURE CENTRE

Below is a guide to help keep both our customers and staff safe:

  • The gym and group exercises classes will only open to Vitality Members at this stage. Please note changes to opening times at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex.  Please click here for revised opening times at Lough Moss Leisure Centre. 
  • To meet government guidelines for gathering limits and social distancing, pre-booking for all classes is essential and members are required to book their gym session. Members can book online up to 7 days in advance. Walk-ins will not be permitted and members will be declined entry without a prior booking.
  • Vitality members must use the hygiene stations throughout the centres and adhere to the social distancing rules and one way system in operation throughout the centres and gyms. 
  • Vitality members will be asked to sanitise their hands before entering Lagan Valley LeisurePlex and Lough Moss Leisure Centre and again before entering the gym or class.
  • Vitality members are asked to clean down all machines and equipment before use and after use.
  • After every one hour gym session, the gym will close for 30 minutes cleaning.  After every class, there will be 15 minutes cleaning before the next class.
  • Vitality members are reminded that an induction is required before any member can use the gym at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex.  This includes members who may have completed a gym induction previously in another Vitality gym.
  • To arrange an induction at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex, please contact the gym reception on 028 92 600 266.
  • Very limited changing and showering facilities will be in operation and due to social distancing, access will be permitted on a first come, first served basis.  Members are strongly advised to arrive at the centre prepared to start their workout.
  • Customers are reminded not travel to centres if they or anyone in their household have Covid-19 symptoms.  If a customer feels unwell during their visit, they are advised to speak to the Duty Manager on site.
