Frequently Asked Questions

Who is entitled to a concession membership? Persons who show evidence of being 0ver 60, Under 18 years, or who are in full-time education, disabled or in receipt of specified benefits.
Do the children in a Household membership have to be related?
No, but they do have to live at the same address.
How many children can be included in a Household Membership? A maximum of 5 children (0-17 years) can be included as long as evidence is provided that they live at the same address.
Do the two adults in the Household Membership have to be related? No. The two adults do however have to show evidence of living at the same address.
