To help measure our performance, we gather feedback from customer questionnaires where we aim to achieve a target of 85% of customers rating us either excellent or good in a number of specific service areas across all facilities/services.

Through market research, Lagan Valley LeisurePlex collated customer feedback in regards to the services and facilities available to visitors on site.
Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council took this feedback on board and made improvements throughout Lagan Valley LeisurePlex, of which is outlined in the below ‘You Said, We Did’ inforgraphic.
