CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Circuits

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise.

Group Cycling
Group cycling, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

20/20/20
The  20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work.

Omnia 8
OMNIA™ is a functional training system which optimizes strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and speed. It is designed specifically for small group personal training (4-8 people), to provide the same individual attention as one-one-one training but also the community dynamic of training in a group setting.

Kettlebells
Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization.

TRX

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

Tabata
Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval.

RT24

High volume resistance training along with the principles of HIIT training. Combines Functional Movement with Strength and HIIT training. High intensity workout in under 30mins. GOOD LEVEL OF FITNESS ADVISED.

Bum, Tum, Legs
Variety of exercises using a mixture of body weight and resistance equipment targeting the lower body while engaging the core.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
