The Gym and 25m Swimming Pool will reopen on 30 April. Oudoor classes are currently available. Prebooking is essential


In order for safety of staff and Vitality members, we have introduced an online booking system for the gym sessions as well as studio classes. Vitality members must now prebook both studio classes and gym sessions online.

  • All gym sessions will be for one hour unless otherwise stated.
  • After each one hour session, the gym will close for 30 minutes cleaning.
  • Unlike studio classes, you are not required to arrive at the start of your session. You may check-in anytime within the session. For example, if you have booked the 6.15am – 7.15am session, you may arrive anytime between those times but you must exit the gym promptly at the end of your session.
  • Vitality members can book online up to 7 days in advance for 3 gym sessions per week. In addition, members also have the option of booking extra gym sessions, if available, up to 24 hours in advance at the centre reception desk.
  • Members are reminded not to travel to facilities if you or anyone in your household have COVID -19 symptoms.  If you feel unwell during your visit, speak to the Duty Manager.
