Outdoor Bootcamps

If you are missing your usual Vitality studio class and want to keep on top of your health and fitness levels during this time, then why not sign up for one of our new outdoor Bootcamps at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex, Lough Moss Leisure Centre & Billy Neill MBE Country Park.

Incorporating a range of bodyweight exercises, cardio drills and sanitised equipment, these full body workouts are a sure way to boost both your fitness levels and mental health. Join us in a safe environment for a fun and socially distanced workout that is sure to give you that feel good factor!

  • Cost: Free to Vitality Members or £4 for casual users
  • Participants are advised to bring water proof clothing, water and training gloves if possible.
  • Members can book 7 days in advance and casual users can book 2 days in advance.
  • Pre-booking is essential and numbers will be limited in accordance with current restrictions for gathering and social distancing for outdoor classes.
  • Members are reminded of the Penalty Strike System. 

The outdoor workouts have proven to be hugely popular with both Vitality members and casual users and spaces do fill up fast, therefore we would like to remind members that if you are unable to make the class to cancel your place within 4 hours of the start time of the class to avoid a strike and allow someone else to avail of your place. Session last 45 minutes and run at a capacity of 12 people.
