Incorporating a range of bodyweight exercises, cardio drills and sanitised equipment, these full body workouts are a sure way to boost both your fitness levels and mental health. Join us in a safe environment for a fun and socially distanced workout that is sure to give you that feel good factor!
The outdoor workouts have proven to be hugely popular with both Vitality members and spaces do fill up fast, therefore we would like to remind members that if you are unable to make the class to cancel your place within 4 hours of the start time of the class to avoid a strike and allow another member to avail of your place.

This timetable is available to both Vitality members and non-members.
To register for Total Body, Triple Tone, Bootcamp, FitSteps or Pilates all you need to do is email your Name, Date of Birth and Postcode (along with any relevant medical conditions) to email@example.com. For Bootcamp registrations, please specify if you wish to attend the outdoors session at Lough Moss Leisure Centre or the virtual Zoom session.
