Vitality gym and group exercise classes have reopened exclusively to Vitality members. Prebooking for all gym and class sessions is essential.  *The 25m Swimming Pool & Mission Inflatable are now open. Booking is essential. The Leisure Pool will reopen on Mon 10th Aug. Vitality Home Workouts

Exercise is important to so many of us and whilst we couldn't be there in person to take you through our fitness classes during lockdown, we were busy recording a range of home workouts for everyone to enjoy.

Whether you are a Vitality member or not, staying continually active will improve your overall health and fitness, reduce your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes, but it is also important to help to reduce feelings of anxiety, depression and prevent other mental health problems.

The videos below include a variety of high and low impact exercises, demonstrations and stretches to boost your mental and physical well-being.

Some top tips for working out at home!

  • Try and stick to a schedule of getting up and moving at the same time everyday
  • Make sure you have a cleared area and enough space for your workout before you begin
  • Take on plenty of water
  • Include a warm up and cool down for each session
