Everyone is invited to discover an exciting blend of sports, fitness and wellbeing opportunities at the first-ever Lisburn & Castlereagh Sports Expo happening on Saturday 7th February from 10am – 3pm.

This free, event celebrates active lifestyles across the community. Whether you’re looking to try something new, return to sport, or simply find out what’s available locally, there’s something for all ages and abilities.

Throughout the day, attendees can:

Meet and engage directly with local sports clubs and organisations
Watch live sports demonstrations
Take part in fun taster sessions and fitness activities
Speak with charities and sporting organisations for advice and support
