    Yes, lockers are available at our facilities for your convenience. A £1 charge applies per use.
  • Do you offer Personal Training? While we do not offer personal training, our friendly staff are on hand to answer questions and demonstrate equipment as necessary. 
  • Do I have to book the gym? No
  • Who are classes suitable for? Classes are suitable for a range of fitness abilities including beginners. Please let your instructor know before the class starts if it is your first time attending or if you are returning from a break from exercise.
