Lane Swimming

Lane Swimming (12 years+)

Swimmers (ages 12+) can enjoy daily lane swimming in the 25metre pool. Choose from fast, medium or slow paced lanes with a maximum of four people per lane.

There is a dedicated Adult Disability Lane Swim session every Wednesday from 11.30am - 12.30pm.

All swim sessions must be pre-booked online.

Booking opens 7 days in advance at 7.00am.

What is the temperature of the 25m pool? The 25m pool is kept at a temperate of 29.5°C.
Are you allowed to use the Leisure Pool or 25M Pool if you have a cast on your arm or wrist? No, the general advice for people wearing casts would be to avoid swimming altogether and other activities that would cause the cast to get wet.
Can I use the Leisure Pool during my 25m pool swim? No, these are seperate sessions.
Do you sell armbands, swimming costumes, goggles etc?
We have a variety of items on sale at our reception: armbands, swimming costumes/ trunks, swim vests and swim nappies. Please note, there is no refunds on swim wear.
