Proof of address for all individuals will be required.

Household Concession Membership applies if at least one of the two adults in the membership provides 'A Letter of Entitlement' showing they are in receipt of benefits, at least one of the two adults is over 60 years old or at least one of the two adults is disabled. 

Individual Concession Membership applies if individualis over 60 years old, under 18 years old, disabled, provides 'A Letter of Entitlement' showing they are in receipt of benefits or 18+ years with evidence of attending full time education.
