Due to unforeseen circumstances the plunge pool in the Health Suite is currently closed for essential maintenance. Our team is working hard to get the plunge pool back up and running as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Customers and Vitality Members can continue to enjoy the spa pool, heated loungers, sauna and steam room.

Our new Vitality App will allow you to book classes and activities online and you can also find out up-to-date information on timetables, activities, opening hours and locations. To download the Vitality App simply:

  • Visit App Store or Google Play and search for 'Vitality Member'
  • Follow the instructions to download the appropriate version of the app for your phone/tablet
  • The Vitality logo icon should appear on your screen
  • You will initially need to log onto your account
